How to Capture Leasing Leads
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Capturing Leads by Contact Centre
(received through Call or Email)
Kindly follow below steps to successfully complete the lead capturing process.
- Use the link below to access Yardi Voyager Plus
- Select the RENTCafé CRM International dashboard (Icon )
Available on the right of the screen
- Use the filter to select the property
- Select All Properties then apply filter
Select “Add” – Then “Add Guest”
- Swap Template – Select “Call Center”
- Fill below list of mandatory information and Save
- Name (First & Last)
- Mobile Number
- Property: Select No Preference option or select property number if mentioned.
(In case of customer is interested in multiple properties you may add Buildings number in the Notes)
- First Contact: Call
Note: Use the notes filed to further share more information if available (No. of Bedrooms, Area, Budget, Parking, SQM, etc.. )
