How to create a Maintenance Work Order

 

  1. On the Home Page click WO/FM - Work OrderAdd WO

 

  1. Enter the Building Number details on Property

 

  1. Enter the Flat / Unit # on Unit then click Search

 

  1. Unit details such as Tenant Code (Tcode), tenant Name / address / Phone # and email address will pull up.  Tick the Select Box then click Next

 

  1. Click Unit History Tab to show past work orders and check status of WO if its Completed or still in progress.
  2. If there is no Pending Work Order, create a Work Order by clicking NEW WO Tab.

Click template to pull up list of available work orders (search field can be used to enter key words to find specific work order descriptions) once necessary fields are filled click Save and a Maintenance Work Order will generate.

 

  1. If there is a Pending Work Order, create a Wrap Up - Maintenance Follow Up WO using the template shown below and make sure to put the updates provided by the tenant and the parent WO. Click Save
